System Settings

Administrators can set the Identity Governance system settings from the Configuration menu.

General Settings

  1. Under Network, change the Server Hostname from the default listed.

  2. Under Display, change the User Display Format.

  3. Under Delegation, do the following:

    1. Click Allow User Delegation to let another authorized user to run, edit, and complete a campaign.

    2. Select the User Delegation property. Typically, this is set to the manager level, but you can specify any other property.

  4. Under Custom Attribute Mapping, change the mappings for First Name, Last Name, or Email Address.

  5. Under Autonomous Identity Integration, set the following configuration if you want to set up Identity Governance with Autonomous Identity:

    1. Click Auto ID Enabled to turn on the integration.

    2. Enter the Auto ID URL.

    3. Enter the Auto ID User.

    4. Enter the Auto ID User’s Password.

  1. Click Submit to apply your settings.

Review Settings

The Review settings let you set up bulk certifications and the risk levels.

  1. On the Identity Governance UI, click Configuration > System Settings > Review.

  2. Click Allow Bulk Certify.

  3. Slide the numbers to adjust the risk levels for your settings.

  4. Click Submit.

Request Settings

The Request settings let you customize your access requests in Identity Governance.

  1. On the Identity Governance UI, click Configuration > System Settings > Request.

  2. For Max Filename Length, enter a new number for the maximum filename length in characters.

  3. For Approval Options, click any of the following options:

    • Require Comment on Reject

    • Require Comment on Approval

    • Enable Approver Reassign

    • Enable Auto Approval

    • Enable Auto Approval for Groups

    • Change the Days to Complete Approval Task.

    • Select the Default Group for Approval.

    • Select the Default Approvers.

  4. Update the Display properties as follows:

    • Displayable User Properties. Click + to add a property, or click X to remove a property.

    • Displayable Item Properties. Click + to add a property, or click X to remove a property.

    • User Search Properties. Click + to add a property, or click X to remove a property.

    • Requestable Item Search Properties. Click + to add a property, or click X to remove a property.

    • Requestable Item Display Format. Change the default setting if necessary.

    • Requestable Item Bundle Display Format. Change the default setting if necessary.

  5. Click Submit.
