Email Provider

By default, IGA uses the built-in SMTP server for its email notifications. You can use your own email provider to send out emails.

Log in to the IGA UI.
Under Email, click Provider.
On the Email Provider page, click Use my own email provider.
Enter the From email address.
Enter the hostname or IP address of your STMP server.
Enter the SMTP server port. For example, 465 and 587. Avoid using port 25 if possible, since many providers have limitations on this port.
Enter the username of SMTP user account.
Enter the password of the SMTP user account.
For advanced settings, click Show advanced settings.
1. Change the Socket Connection Timeout (ms).
2. Change the Socket Write Timeout (ms).
3. Change the Socket Timeout (ms).
4. Click Use STARTTLS, or Use SSL to implement TLS on your connections.
Click Send Test Email to test your settings.
Click Save.
