The purpose of this article is to provide information on re-creating the internal OrientDB® repository in IDM/OpenIDM. Re-creating the internal repository

Caution

This process will remove all data from the internal repository including linkage data. You should only proceed if you do not need to keep the existing links.

You can re-create the internal repository as follows:

  1. Shutdown the IDM/OpenIDM instance.
  2. Delete the /path/to/idm/db/openidm directory (including all sub-directories).
  3. Restart the IDM/OpenIDM instance. The startup process will load all the JSON configuration files and re-create the internal repository.
