public interface HttpClientProvider

A provider interface for obtaining HttpClient instances. A HttpClientProvider is loaded during construction of a new HTTP Client. A provider is selected and its HttpClientProvider.newHttpClient(Options) method invoked in order to construct and configure a new HttpClient.

HttpClient newHttpClient(Options options)
                  throws HttpApplicationException

Returns a new HttpClient configured using the provided set of options.

Parameters:

options - The client options (never null).

Returns:

A new HttpClient configured using the provided set of options.

Throws:

HttpApplicationException - If the client implementation could not be configured using the provided set of options.
