Jetty Default Settings

By default the embedded Jetty server uses the following settings.

• The HTTP, SSL, and Mutual Authentication ports defined in IDM

• The same keystore and truststore settings as IDM

• Trivial sample realm, openidm/security/realm.properties to add users
