Name and Optional UID
Values of this syntax hold a DN followed by an optional unique identifier to distinguish the name from others with the same DN. The syntax follows this ABNF:
NameAndOptionalUID = distinguishedName [ SHARP BitString ] Example: `uid=bjensen,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com#'0101'B`. The syntax corresponds to the `NameAndOptionalUID` ASN.1 type defined by X.501.
