Compares an assertion value of DirectoryString syntax to a value whose syntax is an ASN.1 SEQUENCE with a mandatory first component of the ASN.1 DirectoryString type. The rule evaluates to TRUE if and only if the assertion value matches the first component of the attribute value according to the caseIgnoreMatch matching rule.
