OAuth 2.0 administration endpoints

PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud exposes the following administration and supporting REST endpoints:

`/realm-config/agents/OAuth2Client`	Register, list, and delete OAuth 2.0 clients (PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud specific-endpoint)
`/users/user/oauth2/applications`	List OAuth 2.0 clients holding active tokens granted by specific resource owners, and delete tokens for a combination of resource owner and client (PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud-specific endpoint)
